Hebrews 1:6

Hebrews 1:6
And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
- Sin
- Death
- Redemption
- Salvation
- Humanity
According to Hebrews 1, Jesus Christ is a superior authority over all angels and spiritual beings. This list of evidence will continue through Chapter 2, pausing briefly only to convey a warning against disregarding God's message. Jesus will again be brought into the world by God in a conquering and mighty form, openly worshiped by the angels. While the Son of the Father was temporarily placed on a lower level than the angels, after being born into such humble circumstances, living an obedient and loving life, and purifying our sins on Calvary's cruel Cross, the Lord Jesus became the firstborn after death at His Resurrection. Since He had become so much better than the angels, He was allowed to ascend into heaven and sit at the right hand of the Majesty on High. By his redemptive work on the Cross and glorious Resurrection from the dead, Christ disarmed the angelic rulers and authorities. He triumphed over them by His sacrificial death and glorious Resurrection and was given a more excellent name when He sat down at the right hand of the Father in the heaven of heavens.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for giving Jesus the role of federal head of the new creation of humanity after He performed the work of redemption. Thank You for stepping into time and becoming part of Your own creation so that fallen, condemned humanity may be rescued from the curse of sin and death. Only You deserve all honor and glory, might, majesty, dominion, praise, and worship. Together with the angels of heaven, may I join their voices in worshiping You forever and ever. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.
