Genesis 1:14

And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

From the beginning of time, God created a fail-proof system to guide the affairs of humans and the world. This is the system of signs and seasons. A season is simply the period within which a certain occurrence is expected. When God made the sun, moon, and stars in their various intensities of light, they were to regulate day and night, to be for signs and seasons, and to mark days and years.
As we roll into a new year, you may call it a new season as well. Do you know what the upcoming season holds for you? If you want to make the most of the New Year, you must be knowledgeable about what God has apportioned it to be.
You should prosper because it is the will of God for you. However, you must be open to receiving strategies for a triumphant new year from God and seek out His purpose for this new time in your life. Your success is largely dependent upon what you know about your new season. Of course, believers are not to go stargazing in search of knowledge because we've already got a sure system of revelation in the Spirit of God.
Find out what God has for you through the revelation of His Spirit and conquer new territories in the New Year. Have a blessed new season and a new, prosperous year!
