Psalms 100:1

Inspiration
In this psalm, the psalmist appeals to the entire world to shout joyfully to God. It is no accident that this call is universal. It should be noted that the Lord, God of Israel, is not some imaginary deity or tribal deity. As the only God who created heaven and earth, He deserves praise from all people. Despite God's special purpose for choosing Israel, He loves all of mankind. The invitation has been extended to every corner of the globe. Melody is to be made in our hearts, and the song is to be sung to God using corded instruments and brass instruments. Sing praise to God and make melody in our hearts to Him with thanksgiving as we shout to each other in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Praise the Lord for His greatness both in the morning and in the shadows of the evening dawn. Praise the Lord in the sanctuary of our hearts as well as in the vast expanses of the great outdoors. Praise the Lord at work and worship Him during leisure time. Let us always and forever praise the Lord with gladness and joy in our hearts and lips.
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, You have forgiven my sin and are ready to do the same for everyone who trusts in Christ for forgiveness. Having no words to express my gratitude, I want to join with the whole of creation in celebrating Your goodness and grace. Thanks for all Your great and mighty works, as well as for Your gifts and blessings. May I sacrifice my life in praise and thanksgiving to You, for You alone deserve all praise and worship. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.
